Receivables management · under 90 days

Keep the ask from getting old.

For current commercial invoices, MW serves as an outsourced accounts receivable department. The work is cyclical, visible, and designed to begin long before a balance becomes a difficult conversation.

The ongoing work

A ledger that gets attention.

01

Invoice and statement delivery

Invoices and statements are sent on the agreed cycle, so the commercial account has a clear record of what is open.

02

Aging maintained

We maintain the aging report and make it readable: what is current, what is moving, and what needs a decision.

03

Structured follow-up

Follow-up begins on the agreed schedule, before an account is old enough for the call to carry unnecessary weight.

04

Monthly review

Each month includes reconciliation and a review of the active accounts with you.

When an account reaches 90 days

A separate decision, not a surprise.

Accounts that age into recovery are considered under the recovery service and its separate written terms. We do not assume a current AR account should move forward without telling you what changes.

Price

Monthly retainer, quoted after a review.

Receivables-management pricing depends on the volume of active accounts being carried. Retainer bands are not yet set, so individual figures are not published. The agreed retainer and service scope are confirmed in writing before work begins.
